From the beginning, he believed that being directly involved in every project was the best way to ensure precision and client satisfaction. Elier’s journey began with flatwork, and his skills quickly expanded to include complex projects like block and brick walls, retaining walls, and decorative concrete. His passion for the craft and commitment to excellence have driven Medrano Construction to become a trusted name in Sioux Falls for both commercial and residential concrete work.
